Ingredients
- Sweetener - 7.1 oz
- Margarine - 7.1 oz
- Sour Cream - 4 tablespoons
- Cocoa Powder - 3 tablespoons
- Salt - a pinch
- Activated Baking Soda - 1 teaspoon
- Cottage cheese - 21.2 oz
- Potato protein - 2 tablespoons
- Farm fresh eggs - 2 pieces
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Wheat Flour - 2 cups
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Knead the dough from 1 cup of sugar, 1 pack of margarine, 2 tablespoons of sour cream, 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder, 2 cups of flour, baking soda, and salt — the dough should be thick. Divide the dough into two parts — place one in the freezer and pass the other through a meat grinder and spread it on a baking sheet.
Step 2
Top with a filling made from 600–700 grams of cottage cheese, 1 cup of sugar, 2 eggs, 2 tablespoons of sour cream, 2 tablespoons of starch, and 100 grams of butter.
Step 3
Remove the dough from the freezer and grate it directly onto the filling to cover it.
Step 4
Place in a preheated oven and bake until done.
