- Butter - 7.1 oz
- Cottage cheese - 14.1 oz
- Farm fresh eggs - 2 pieces
- Wheat Flour - 2 cups
- Sugar - 8.8 oz
- Chocolate - to taste
- Activated Baking Soda - ½ teaspoon
- Vanillin - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Pre-freeze the butter, then grate it on a coarse grater. Add half of the sugar, flour, and baking soda. Mix until crumbly.
Step 2
Mash the cottage cheese with a fork, add the remaining sugar and eggs. You can also add vanillin and grated chocolate.
Step 3
Place half of the crumble mixture in a baking dish. Spread it out without pressing down. Then add the cottage cheese filling on top, followed by the remaining crumble.
Step 4
Put the dish in a preheated oven at 428°F (428 degrees Fahrenheit) for 30 minutes. Once ready, let it cool and refrigerate until completely chilled.
