  • Farm fresh eggs - 4 pieces
  • Mayonnaise - 4 tablespoons
  • Vanillin - 1 teaspoon
  • Wheat Flour - 5 tablespoons
  • Baking Powder - 1 tablespoon
  • Dried Apricots - 17.6 oz
  • Powdered Sugar - 1 tablespoon

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Beat the cottage cheese, eggs, mayonnaise, and sugar with a mixer.

Step 2

Mix the flour with the baking powder, add to the beaten mixture, and stir.

Step 3

Chop the dried apricots coarsely and fold them into the batter.

Step 4

Preheat the oven to 392°F. Grease a round baking pan with oil.

Step 5

Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 45 minutes.
