Ingredients

  • Cottage cheese - 28.2 oz
  • Sugar - ¾ cup
  • Vanilla salt - 1.1 oz
  • Farm fresh eggs - 3 pieces
  • Butter - 2 tablespoons
  • Corn Starch - 3 tablespoons
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Semolina - 3 tablespoons
  • Wheat Flour - 2 tablespoons
  • Cocoa Powder - 1 tablespoon
  • White Chocolate - 1.8 oz
  • Liquid dark chocolate - 0.7 oz
  • Cream - 2 tablespoons

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Take 3 tablespoons of the cottage cheese mixture, add flour and cocoa, mix well, and form 'hearts' and 'balls'.

Step 2

Place the cottage cheese mixture into a baking dish lined with parchment paper. Push the 'hearts' and 'balls' into the mixture at varying depths.

Step 3

Bake in the oven at 356°F for about 45 minutes. Let cool in the pan.

Step 4

Melt the dark chocolate in a water bath and draw chocolate 'hearts' and 'circles' on parchment paper.

Step 5

Also melt the white chocolate in a water bath, mix it with cream. Cover the cottage cheese cake with white chocolate and decorate with 'hearts' and 'circles'.

Step 6

Blend the cottage cheese in a blender, adding egg yolks, sugar, vanilla sugar, butter, cornstarch, and semolina until smooth.

Step 7

Whip the egg whites with salt until peaks form. Gently fold into the cottage cheese mixture.
