- Cottage cheese - 8.8 oz
- Egg white - 3 pieces
- Sugar - 7.1 oz
- Orange zest - 1 piece
- 10% cream - 8.8 oz
- Vanillin - a pinch
- Potato protein - 2 tablespoons

Step 1
The cottage cheese dough is made very simply. The cottage cheese is mashed with vanillin and sugar into a homogeneous mass (you can use a mixer, blender, or whisk).
Step 2
From the washed and dried orange, zest is grated (using a fine grater). Add the orange zest, potato starch, raw eggs, and sour cream to the cottage cheese mixture. Beat with a mixer until smooth.
Step 3
If you are using a shortcrust base, spread it in a thin layer on the bottom and sides of a baking dish lined with parchment paper. Now pour the cottage cheese-orange mixture into the pie dish, spread it evenly across the surface, and place it in a preheated oven. Bake the cottage cheese cake at 356°F in a closed oven for about 50 minutes. If it seems that the pie is not baked in the middle — don't worry. Let it cool, and it will set better, so to speak. Under no circumstances should you cut it while it's hot!
