  • Cottage cheese - 7.1 oz
  • Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces
  • Baking Powder - 1½ teaspoons
  • Wheat Flour - 7.9 oz
  • Conference Pear - 1 piece
  • Vanillin - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Beat the softened butter with sugar.

Step 2

Add the strained cottage cheese.

Step 3

Break in the eggs, add the flour and baking powder. Mix everything well. Pour into a mold.

Step 4

Peel the pears, remove the seeds, slice them, and insert into the batter. Place the cake in a preheated oven at 356°F for about an hour. Check readiness with a toothpick.
