- Baking Powder - 0.6 oz
- Chicken Egg - 3 pieces
- Raisins - 7.1 oz
- Cottage cheese - 8.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 356°F. Grease a loaf pan (22.5x12.5 cm) with butter.

Beat the softened butter with sugar on high speed using a mixer for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Add the cottage cheese and blend again until completely smooth.
Step 4
Add the eggs one at a time, continuing to whisk.
Step 5
Add the baking powder and sifted flour. Beat everything again on low speed.
Step 6
Add raisins (rinse them first, dry well, and lightly coat in flour).
Step 7
Place the dough in the prepared mold. Bake for 55 minutes (depending on your oven). Check for doneness with a toothpick.
