- Sugar - ½ cup
- Milk - ¼ cup
- Strawberry - 7.8 oz
- Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Sour Cream - 7.1 oz
- Egg white - 1 piece
- Vanilla salt - 2 tablespoons

Step 1
Combine cottage cheese with milk, melted butter, and salt.
Step 2
Sift the flour with baking powder and add it to the cottage cheese mixture, knead a soft dough.
Step 3
Grease a baking dish (20–25 cm) with butter and spread the dough, forming edges. For the filling, mix the egg with sugar and vanilla sugar, add sour cream, and stir. Cut the berries, place them on the dough, and pour the sour cream and egg mixture over them.
Step 4
Bake for 40–50 minutes at 302°F, the center should set. Allow to cool completely before cutting.
