- Baking Powder - 1 tablespoon
- Sugar - 1 glass
- Chicken Egg - 4 pieces
- Butter - 2.8 oz
- Cottage cheese - 17.6 oz
- Sour Cream - 3.5 oz
- Semolina - 1 tablespoon
- Vanilla salt - to taste
- Powdered Sugar - 5 teaspoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
For the base, cream the butter with 2 tablespoons of sugar, then add the flour and baking powder, and mix well. Add 1 egg and knead the dough. Wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

For the filling, blend the cottage cheese, 3 egg yolks, the remaining sugar, sour cream, semolina, and vanilla until smooth.

Remove the dough from the refrigerator and spread it evenly in the pan, creating a slight edge.

Spread the filling evenly over the base and bake in a preheated oven at 356°F for 30 minutes.

In the meantime, take the egg whites and powdered sugar, and beat them with a mixer until stiff peaks form.

Remove the base from the oven.

Spread the soufflé over the cheese filling, evenly distributing it across the entire surface.

Bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
