- Nuts - 1.8 oz
- Cookie - 5.3 oz
- Sugar - to taste
- Chocolate - to taste
- Vanilla salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Pass the cottage cheese through a sieve, or blend it, or simply mash it well with a fork, mix with sugar and vanilla sugar to taste, add crushed cookies and nuts, and stir until smooth.
Step 2
Shape the resulting mixture into candies. Roll in chocolate (or whatever you desire). Place the candies on a plate and chill in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
