- Cookie - 5.3 oz
- Vanilla salt - to taste
- Chocolate - to taste
- Cocoa Powder - to taste
- Poppy seed paste - to taste

Step 1
Pass the cottage cheese through a sieve, or blend it, or simply mash it well with a fork. Mix with sugar and vanilla to taste, then add the crushed cookies and nuts, and stir until smooth.
Step 2
Form candies from the resulting mixture. Roll in chocolate (or whatever you desire). Place the finished candies on a plate and chill in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
