- Cottage cheese - 17.6 oz
- Semolina - 5.3 oz
- Milk - 12 fl oz
- Chocolate eggs - 4 pieces
- Sugar - 5.3 oz
- Raisins - 1.8 oz
- Vanillin - 1 teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Pour semolina into cold milk and cook until thickened (about 5 minutes). Let it cool.
Step 2
Beat the yolks with sugar (100 grams), add cottage cheese and vanillin. Mix everything with a mixer.
Step 3
Add the cooled semolina and raisins. Mix with a mixer.
Step 4
In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites and sugar (50 grams) until frothy. Fold into the batter (mix well with a mixer).
Step 5
Grease your favorite baking dish with sunflower oil. Preheat the oven to 356°F and bake for about 40 minutes, until golden brown.
Step 6
Serve chilled, with sour cream.
