Description
Cottage Cheese Casserole with Apple and Prunes
Ingredients
- Vanillin - 0.1 oz
- Low-fat lactose-free milk - 17.6 oz
- Fructose - 1.1 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Pitted Wild Apricots - 3.5 oz
- Ground Cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
- Apple - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash the apple, peel it, and cut it into small cubes. Pour boiling water over the prunes.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 356°F.
Step 3
Meanwhile, in a food processor or blender, mix the cottage cheese, eggs, fructose, and vanillin until smooth.
Step 4
Add the chopped apples to the mixture. Mix thoroughly.
Step 5
Take baking molds (these can be ceramic or glass dishes, like mine, etc.) and pour half of the mixture into the mold.
Step 6
Cut the prunes into tiny pieces and carefully place them on top of the cottage cheese mixture.
Step 7
This creates a layer of prunes. Pour the remaining cottage cheese mixture on top and smooth it out with a spoon.
Step 8
Place in the preheated oven at 356°F and bake for about 50 minutes.
