- Cottage cheese - 8.8 oz
- Semolina - 5 teaspoons
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Vanilla salt - 1½ g
- Ground Cinnamon - 3 spoons
- Vegetable Oil - 2 spoons
- Activated Baking Soda - 1½ g
- Apple - 1 piece
- Kefir - 5 fl oz
- Powdered Sugar - 3 spoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix the cottage cheese, powdered sugar, egg, semolina, kefir, 1 tablespoon of oil, and add the baking soda that has been dissolved in vinegar. Stir everything together until you achieve a smooth consistency.
Step 2
Preheat the oven and the baking pan, grease the pan with butter, and dust it with a thin layer of semolina.
Step 3
Cut the apple into cubes and fold it into the batter. Mix everything together once more.
Step 4
Pour the mixture into a baking dish, drizzle with vegetable oil, and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake in the oven at medium heat (180–392°F) for 40 minutes, until a golden crust forms on top.
Step 5
It's best served with whipped cream, but it can also be enjoyed with sour cream, jam, or sweetened condensed milk.
