Ingredients
- Sour Cream - 12.3 oz
- Farmers cheese - 35.3 oz
- Sugar - 3.5 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces
- Semolina - 5 tablespoons
- Wheat Flour - 2 tablespoons
- Apple - 1 piece
- Vegetable Oil - 1 teaspoon
- Raisins - 3.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mash the cottage cheese or blend it until smooth in a blender.
Step 2
Rinse and dry the raisins.
Step 3
Cut the apples.
Step 4
Beat the eggs for 1–2 minutes.
Step 5
Mix the cottage cheese, eggs, semolina, sugar, and flour until smooth.
Step 6
Grease a mold with a diameter of 24–26 cm with vegetable oil.
Step 7
Place a layer of apples at the bottom of the mold.
Step 8
Spread half of the cottage cheese mixture on top.
Step 9
Evenly sprinkle the raisins and add the remaining cottage cheese mixture.
Step 10
Decorate the top with apples, sprinkle with sugar, and spread sour cream.
Step 11
Bake at 356°F for 35–50 minutes.
