- Sour Cream - 8.8 oz
- Chicken Egg - 3 pieces
- Apple - 3 pieces
- Sugar - 4 spoons
- Semolina - 4 spoons
- Raisins - to taste
- Vanilla salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Blend the cottage cheese, sour cream, and sugar together until smooth. Add the whipped eggs, semolina, and mix well. Fold in the raisins.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 392°F. Line a baking dish with parchment paper and pour the batter into it. Peel the apples, remove the seeds, and slice them thinly. Arrange the apple slices on top of the batter, then sprinkle with additional sugar and semolina. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
