Description

You can add other fruits or berries to taste or drizzle the finished casserole with syrup, jam, sour cream, or condensed milk. Sugar can be replaced with any sweetener or omitted altogether (bananas add some sweetness).

Ingredients

  • Cottage cheese - 10.6 oz
  • Chicken Egg - 1 piece
  • Egg white - 2 pieces
  • Corn Starch - 1 tablespoon
  • Ground Cinnamon - 2 teaspoons
  • Bananas - ½ piece
  • Brown Sugar - 1 tablespoon
  • Milk - 0 fl oz
  • Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Mix the cottage cheese and eggs (you can use a spatula).

Step 2

Add cornstarch and sugar to the mixture, stir. Prepare banana puree (mash or blend) and add it to the cottage cheese mixture. Add cinnamon and olive oil. Pour in the milk and mix.

Step 3

Place in an oven preheated to 392°F for 30–40 minutes. The finished casserole will be slightly golden around the edges.
