Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 10.6 oz
- Butter - 2 tablespoons
- Semolina - 1 tablespoon
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Frozen black currant puree - 10.6 oz
- Sugar - 4 tablespoons
- Sour Cream - 3 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
To prepare the dough, pass the cottage cheese through a sieve, add the butter, eggs, semolina, sugar, and mix. Divide the prepared dough into 2 parts.
Step 2
To prepare the filling, thaw the blackberries and add sugar.
Step 3
Place one part of the dough on a baking sheet sprinkled with breadcrumbs and greased with butter, roll it out, then spread the filling on top and evenly distribute the remaining part of the dough.
Step 4
Brush the casserole with a mixture of egg and sour cream and bake in the oven until done.
