- Cottage cheese - 15.9 oz
- Apple - 14.1 oz
- Raisins - 1.8 oz
- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- Bran - 1.1 oz

Soak the raisins in cold water.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 356°F.

While the raisins are soaking, place the cottage cheese in a bowl and mash it with a fork.

Remove the cores from the apples, peel them, and grate them on a coarse grater (you can also finely chop or blend them).
Step 5
Rinse the raisins under warm water and add them to the cottage cheese.
Step 6
In the bowl with the cottage cheese, crack in the two eggs, add the apples and bran.
Step 7
Mix the contents of the bowl well.
Step 8
Line a baking dish with parchment paper and pour in the mixture from the bowl.

Bake for 30-35 minutes. The casserole should be slightly browned.
