Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 35.3 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces
- Wheat Flour - 4 tablespoons
- Vanillin - 1 piece
- Salt - ¼ teaspoon
- Baking Powder - ½ teaspoon
- Sugar - 2 tablespoons
- Candied fruits - to taste
- Ground dried cherries - to taste
- Raisins - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix cottage cheese, eggs, sugar, vanillin, salt, flour, and baking powder. Add candied fruits, dried cherries, and raisins (previously soaked) and mix again.
Step 2
Grease a loaf pan (approximately 10x25 cm in internal dimensions) with butter, sprinkle with flour, and shake off the excess. Pour the mixture into the pan and level it out.
Step 3
Place in a preheated oven at 356°F on the middle rack and bake on low heat for about 50 minutes.
Step 4
When the casserole is fully browned, turn off the oven, let it cool, and carefully remove it from the pan. Then, if desired, cut into pieces and serve on a plate.
