Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 14.1 oz
- 20% Sour Cream - 6 tablespoons
- Sugar - 9 tablespoons
- Chocolate eggs - 7 pieces
- Wheat Flour - 7 tablespoons
- Liquid dark chocolate - 7.1 oz
- Butter - 7.1 oz
- Vanillin - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
White batter: beat the cottage cheese with sour cream, 4 tablespoons of sugar, 2 eggs, and 2 tablespoons of flour. Add vanillin.
Step 2
Chocolate batter: melt the chocolate with butter in a bowl over a water bath. Beat the remaining eggs with the remaining sugar and mix with the chocolate mixture. Add the remaining flour and vanillin, and beat with a mixer.
Step 3
Grease a 24 cm diameter baking dish with butter. First, evenly spread the chocolate mixture, then the cottage cheese mixture on top. Use a wooden stick to create swirls.
Step 4
Bake for 40–60 minutes at 356°F.
