- Cottage cheese - 24.7 oz
- Sugar - 6.2 oz
- Farm fresh eggs - 4 pieces
- Wheat Flour - 7.1 oz
- Butter - 2.6 oz
- Dry yeast - ½ teaspoon
- Citrus Zest Mix - ½ piece
- Cognac - 3 tablespoons
- Cinnamon - to taste
- Powdered Sugar - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Grease a baking dish with low sides with butter. Line the bottom with parchment paper.
Step 2
Cut the butter and melt it in a water bath.
Step 3
Mash the cottage cheese with a fork. Combine it with the melted butter.
Step 4
Beat the eggs with sugar until frothy. Add the cottage cheese, melted butter, flour, yeast, lemon zest, cognac, and ground cinnamon. Whisk until smooth.
Step 5
Pour the mixture into the baking dish and microwave on high for 15–20 minutes at 650 W.
Step 6
Check the readiness of the casserole with a wooden stick. Sprinkle the finished casserole with cinnamon and powdered sugar.
