- Low-fat lactose-free milk - 10.6 oz
- Potato protein - 2 tablespoons
- Sugar - 2 tablespoons
- Dried Apricots - 2.5 oz
- Natural Yogurt - to taste
- Orange Syrup - 1.4 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Separate the yolks from the whites. Mix the yolks with the cottage cheese, starch, and finely chopped dried apricots. Whip the egg whites with sugar until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped egg whites into the cottage cheese mixture. Bake for 30–40 minutes at 338°F.
Step 2
Garnish the finished casserole with thinly sliced dried apricots. Serve with yogurt and orange jam.
