Description

The casserole turns out to be very tender and light. I also make a sauce from the same yogurt + honey and drizzle all this beauty.

Ingredients

  • Cottage cheese - 7.1 oz
  • Prunes - 0.9 oz
  • Egg white - 1 piece
  • Dried Apricots - 1.1 oz
  • Honey - 0 oz
  • Vanillin - to taste
  • Natural Yogurt - 2 fl oz
  • Cinnamon - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Soak the dried apricots and prunes in water either overnight or in boiling water for 1 hour or 30 minutes.

Step 2

Chop and blend them in a blender, add everything to the cottage cheese along with 2 tablespoons of yogurt and honey.

Step 3

Mix everything together. In a separate pot, whip the egg white and add it to the mixture.

Step 4

Season it with cinnamon and vanillin and mix everything. Pour into a silicone mold and place in a preheated oven at 356°F for 30 minutes, plus an additional 5 minutes on a setting to create a crust.
