Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 12.3 oz
- Sour Cream - 12.3 oz
- Dried Apricots - 3.5 oz
- Honey - 5.3 oz
- Ground Cinnamon - to taste
- Bun - 10.6 oz
- Butter - 1.8 oz
- Apple - 10.6 oz
- Lemon - ½ pieces
Step by Step guide

Prepare all the ingredients.

Blend the sour cream with the cottage cheese in a blender until you achieve a smooth and homogeneous mixture.

Stir in the dried apricots, honey, cinnamon, and whip again.
Step 4
Slice the buns into pieces, as you would for toast.
Step 5
Brush them with half of the butter and place them under the grill or in an oven preheated to 356°F to dry until crispy.

Grease a deep baking dish with butter, then add a layer of cottage cheese mixed with sour cream, followed by a layer of bread, and then another layer of cottage cheese.

Remove the core from the apples and slice them into thin wedges.

Sprinkle the apples with lemon juice.
