- Canned Lemons - 8.8 oz
- Sugar - 3 spoons
- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 tablespoon
- Starch film - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Drain the fruits in a colander, place them on paper towels, and let them dry. Cut the fruits into pieces.
Step 2
Separate the eggs into whites and yolks.
Step 3
Mix the cottage cheese with the egg yolks, 2 tablespoons of sugar, lemon juice, and cornstarch. Add the fruits.
Step 4
Whip the egg whites with the remaining sugar and gently fold them into the cheese mixture.
Step 5
Pour the mixture into a microwave-safe dish and cook for 12 minutes at 600 watts.
