Description
In the original recipe from a wonderful German cookbook, cherries are suggested instead of grapes. In any case, the casserole will turn out very tasty and, despite the amount of sugar, low in calories. There are 145 kcal in 100 grams of the finished product.
Ingredients
- Raisins - 17.6 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces
- Semolina - 2.8 oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 8.8 oz
- Sugar - 3.5 oz
- Vanillin - a pinch
- Butter - 0.4 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Place the grapes in a sieve, rinse, and let them drain.
Step 2
In a deep bowl, beat the eggs, then continue beating while adding the cottage cheese, semolina, sugar, and vanillin. Mix until you achieve a homogeneous mass.
Step 3
Grease a baking dish (I have 30 x 22 cm) with butter and pour the resulting mixture into it.
Step 4
Sprinkle the grapes into the dish and distribute them evenly.
Step 5
Bake in an oven preheated to 356°F for 50-60 minutes. If necessary, check the casserole with a toothpick — it should come out dry.
