- Cottage cheese - 17.6 oz
- Sugar - 3.5 oz
- Milk - 1 fl oz
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Semolina - 3.5 oz
- Butter - 2.6 oz
- Jam - 1.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Combine the cottage cheese, sugar, eggs, milk, semolina, and softened butter (50 g) in a bowl and beat well with a mixer to avoid lumps.
Step 2
Grease the baking dish with butter (25 g) and spread half of the cottage cheese mixture evenly, then spread with jam or thick preserves.
Step 3
Top with the second layer of cottage cheese mixture. Let it sit for 30 minutes to allow the semolina to swell.
Step 4
Bake in a preheated oven at 180–392°F for about 30–50 minutes, until golden brown. Baking time depends on the shape. The finished casserole can be served either hot or cold.
