- Cottage cheese - 28.2 oz
- Conference Pear - 2 pieces
- Large eggs - 3 pieces
- Milk - 7 fl oz
- Oat flakes - 12 teaspoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Place the cottage cheese and eggs in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
Step 2
Add 8 tablespoons of oats.
Step 3
Pour in 120 ml of milk. Mix until you achieve a smooth mixture.
Step 4
Spread 3/4 of the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Step 5
Slice the pears.
Step 6
Arrange the pears on top of the main layer and cover with the remaining cottage cheese mixture.
Step 7
Make the streusel: mix the remaining milk and oatmeal. Spread it over the casserole.
Step 8
Bake in the oven for 40 minutes at a temperature of 356°F.
