Description

Those who wish can add sugar to the casserole; I chose not to. Very tender and delicious! Pears release juice, which can either be drained from the finished casserole or enjoyed with it.

Ingredients

  • Cottage cheese - 17.6 oz
  • Egg white - 2 pieces
  • Milk - 3 fl oz
  • Marshmallow - 1 piece
  • Pear - 1 piece
  • Powdered Sugar - 1 teaspoon

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Whisk the yolks well with the milk, add the cottage cheese, and whisk again thoroughly. Cut the pear and marshmallow into small pieces and add them to the whipped cottage cheese mixture.

Step 2

Place the mixture into a greased baking dish. Whip the egg whites with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form and pour over the casserole, smoothing it out.

Step 3

Bake in the oven for about 40 minutes at 170°C (I set my oven to 3, as it doesn't have degrees).
