Cottage Cheese Casserole with Prunes

Ingredients

  • Chicken Egg - 1 piece
  • Semi-soft cream cheese - 7.1 oz
  • Bran - 2 tablespoons
  • Bran - 1 tablespoon
  • Dried Turkey - to taste
  • Sugar Substitute - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

In a blender, mix the cottage cheese, yolk, and bran. Separately, whip the egg white into a thick foam and add it to the mixture along with the sugar substitute or vanilla.

Step 2

You can add any dried fruits to taste (the picture shows prunes), you can also add almonds, dried pineapple, or raisins (however, raisins may burn, so I recommend keeping an eye on them).

Step 3

Bake in the oven at 356°F for 30–35 minutes.
