- Pumpkin - 17.6 oz
- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- Cottage cheese - 7.1 oz
- Sugar - 6 tablespoons
- Semolina - 4 tablespoons
- Raisins - 1.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel the pumpkin, cut it into large pieces, and bake them in the oven, or stew them in a deep skillet with a small amount of water. Then cool and blend the flesh into a puree.
Step 2
Add half of the specified amount of sugar, half of the semolina, and one egg to the puree. Mix everything together.
Step 3
Add the remaining semolina, sugar, and egg to the cottage cheese. Add the rinsed and dried raisins, and mix everything together.
Step 4
Grease a baking dish with butter and first place the cottage cheese mixture, then top it with the pumpkin mixture.
Step 5
Bake the casserole for 50 minutes at 356°F.
