  • Farm fresh eggs - 5 pieces
  • Sugar - 1 cup
  • Wheat Flour - 5 tablespoons
  • Citrus Zest Mix - 1 piece
  • Baking Powder - ½ teaspoon
  • Sour Cream - 7.1 oz
  • Light Raisins, Seedless - 7.1 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Beat the cottage cheese with sour cream, eggs, and sugar.

Step 2

Add the sifted flour with baking powder and beat again.

Step 3

Grate the zest from the lemon. Rinse the raisins in warm water. Add the zest and raisins to the cottage cheese mixture and mix well.

Step 4

Line a baking dish with parchment paper, pour in the mixture, and smooth the surface. Bake in a preheated oven at 356°F for 35 minutes.
