Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 17.6 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 4 pieces
- Semolina - 3 tablespoons
- Milk - 3 fl oz
- Honey - 1 tablespoon
- Red Currant - 3.5 oz
- Activated Baking Soda - ¼ teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Pour the semolina with warm milk and let it sit for 15–20 minutes.
Step 2
In the meantime, separate the egg whites from the yolks.
Step 3
Add honey to the yolks and mix well.
Step 4
Place the cottage cheese in a bowl and mash it.
Step 5
Pour the yolks into the cottage cheese and mix.
Step 6
Add the baking soda to the mixture.
Step 7
When the semolina is ready, add it to the cottage cheese.
Step 8
Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
Step 9
Fold the egg whites into the cottage cheese mixture.
Step 10
Add the red currants to the mixture.
Step 11
Transfer everything to a baking dish and place it in a preheated oven at 356°F for 30–40 minutes.
