  • Cottage cheese - 17.6 oz
  • Chicken Egg - 3 pieces
  • Semolina - 5 teaspoons
  • Sugar - 3 spoons
  • Vanillin - 1 tablespoon
  • Baking Powder - 1 tablespoon

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 356°F.

Step 2

Mix all the ingredients together, except for the egg whites.

Step 3

Whisk the egg whites in a separate bowl with a pinch of salt until soft peaks form. Gently fold them into the cheese mixture.

Step 4

Pour the prepared mixture into a greased ovenproof dish and bake for about 45 minutes, until the top turns golden brown.

Step 5

Serve the casserole warm, with sour cream or jam.
