Cottage cheese casserole with smoked fish

Ingredients

  • Cottage cheese - 17.6 oz
  • Hot smoked pink salmon - 7.1 oz
  • Chicken Egg - 3 pieces
  • Hard Cheese - 1.1 oz
  • Semolina - 5 teaspoons
  • Baking Powder - 1 tablespoon
  • Carrot - 1 piece
  • Parsley - 1 bunch
  • Olive Oil - 3 spoons
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Prepare all the ingredients.

Peel the carrot and boil it. Allow it to cool and then grate it using a coarse grater.

Blend the cottage cheese in a blender until smooth.

Finely chop the parsley.

Carefully remove the bones from the fish and break it into small segments.

Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Mash the yolks with the cottage cheese.
