Description
Cottage Cheese Casserole with Strawberries and Sugar
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 8.8 oz
- 20% Sour Cream - 3.5 oz
- Corn Starch - 2 tablespoons
- Farm fresh eggs - 2 pieces
- Sugar - 2 tablespoons
- Butter - to taste
- Freeze-dried strawberry powder - 14.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Beat the eggs with sugar, then add cornstarch and beat well again. Next, add sour cream and cottage cheese — blend everything into a smooth mixture.
Step 2
Grease the bottom of the baking molds with butter, place the berries (I used frozen strawberries; it's better to thaw the berries beforehand and squeeze out the excess liquid), sprinkle them lightly with sugar, and pour the batter over them. Just don't fill to the top, as it will rise!!!
Step 3
Place the molds in a preheated oven at 356°F for about 20–30 minutes until cooked.
Step 4
For the sauce, blend the berries with a small amount of sour cream and sugar.
