Description
I didn't separate the egg whites and yolks; I whipped them together. I added apples, dried apricots, cranberries, and mandarin slices—it turned out very tasty. However, you can add any fruits and berries you have at home. The amount of sugar can be reduced to 5 tablespoons.

- Cottage cheese - 17.6 oz
- Chicken Egg - 4 pieces
- Potato protein - 2 spoons
- 20% Sour Cream - 2 spoons
- Sugar - 7 teaspoons
- Vanillin - to taste
- Apple - 1 piece
- Raisins - to taste
- Dried Apricots - to taste
- Nuts - to taste
- Cranberry - to taste
- Raspberry gin - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Beat the cottage cheese, egg yolks, sugar, sour cream, starch, and vanilla.
Step 2
Whip the egg whites.
Step 3
Combine the cottage cheese mixture with the whipped egg whites.
Step 4
Optionally, add raisins or other dried fruits.
Step 5
Place in a baking dish lined with parchment paper and greased with butter.
Step 6
Bake at 180–392°F for 30–40 minutes.
