Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 7.1 oz
- Egg white - 2 pieces
- Desiccated coconut - 3 tablespoons
- Sugar - 2 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mash the cottage cheese with sugar and eggs, add the shredded coconut and mix well. Spoon the cottage cheese mixture into molds (I used silicone ones) and place in a preheated oven.
Step 2
Bake for 15 minutes at 356°F. Let the pastries cool and remove them from the molds. You can sprinkle with cocoa powder, powdered sugar, or grated chocolate.
