Description
You may need more or less flour, depending on the cottage cheese. It is preferable for the cottage cheese to have a uniform consistency.

- Cottage cheese - 8.8 oz
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Wheat Flour - 8.8 oz
- Cinnamon - to taste
- Honey - 2 tablespoons
- Sugar - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mash the cottage cheese with softened butter, then add honey.
Step 2
Sift the flour, add baking powder, and mix. Gradually incorporate the flour mixture into the cottage cheese mixture. Knead until smooth and non-sticky dough forms.
Step 3
Place the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. After the dough has rested, roll it out to a thickness of about 0.5 cm. Use a glass to cut out circles.
Step 4
On a plate, mix sugar and cinnamon. Roll a circle in the sugar, fold it in half with the sugary side inside.
Step 5
Again, roll one side in sugar and fold it with the sugary side inside. Now roll it in sugar on both sides.
Step 6
Place the shells on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, keeping space between them, and bake in a preheated oven at 392°F for 20 minutes.
