Ingredients
- Margarine - 17.6 oz
- Cottage cheese - 14.1 oz
- Sugar - 7.1 oz
- Activated Baking Soda - ½ spoons
- Wheat Flour - 5 glasses
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Melt the margarine and let it cool. Add 150 grams of sugar, cottage cheese, and baking soda that has been quenched. Gradually mix in the flour. Knead the dough.
Step 2
Divide the dough into small pieces. Roll each piece into a ball. Place in the refrigerator for 45 minutes.
Step 3
Roll out the dough ball. Fold the flatbread in half and then in half again. This will create a triangle. Dip the top part of the cookie in sugar. Place it on a baking sheet.
Step 4
Bake the cookies for 40 minutes at 356°F until golden brown.
