- Cottage cheese - 7.1 oz
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Sugar - 3.5 oz
- Wheat Flour - 7.1 oz
- Vanillin - to taste

Step 1
Rub the cold butter with sugar, add cottage cheese and vanillin, and mix well.
Step 2
Add flour to the mixture and knead the dough.
Step 3
Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least two hours.
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 392°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 5
Roll out the dough to a thickness of 3 mm, cut out cookies with cookie cutters, and place them on the baking sheet.
Step 6
Bake for 10–15 minutes depending on the thickness and size of the cookies.
