- Whole egg - ½ piece
- Sour Cream - 1.2 oz
- Sugar - 0.5 oz
- Milk - 0 fl oz
- Vanillin - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Beat the yolk with sugar (10 grams), add milk, place on heat, and cook, stirring frequently, without bringing to a boil.
Step 2
Cool, combine with the strained cottage cheese, butter, vanilla or vanillin, and sour cream (20 grams), mix everything well and shape nicely.
Step 3
Mix the remaining sour cream with powdered sugar, whip into a thick foam, and cover the cottage cheese cream.
