Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 14.1 oz
- Sour Cream - 7.1 oz
- Powdered Sugar - 5 teaspoons
- Vanilla salt - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Blend the cottage cheese in a blender or strain it through a sieve.
Step 2
Transfer the sour cream (it should be very cold) to a mixing bowl.
Step 3
Add the powdered sugar and start mixing with a mixer on low speed.
Step 4
Add the vanilla sugar and stir for another minute.
Step 5
The powdered sugar should fully dissolve.

Turn the mixer on to the highest speed and whip the sour cream until it becomes fluffy.

Add the sour cream to the cottage cheese in small portions, about 2 tablespoons at a time, mixing and combining the ingredients thoroughly.

It's best to do this by hand with a whisk or on the lowest speed of a mixer; otherwise, the cream may end up too runny.

The cream will be ready when the cottage cheese and sour cream are fully blended together.
