- Butter - 7.1 oz
- Sour Cream - 7.1 oz
- Wheat Flour - 2½ cups
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Sugar - 3.5 oz
- Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Cottage cheese - 7.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 356°F.
Step 2
Combine the sifted flour with baking powder, butter, and egg. Rub into crumbs. Add the remaining ingredients: cottage cheese, sugar, and sour cream. Knead the dough.
Step 3
Roll out the dough into circles about 4–5 mm thick. Cut into segments in the shape of triangles, starting from the center. Add filling to taste (such as candy, berries, jam, etc.). Roll into croissants.
Step 4
Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush with egg.
Step 5
Bake for 20 minutes.
Step 6
Remove the croissants, let them cool, and sprinkle with powdered sugar, sesame seeds, or cinnamon.
