- Wheat Flour - 7.1 oz
- Sugar - 7.1 oz
- Cottage cheese - 7.1 oz
- Nuts - to taste
- Jam - to taste

Mix the flour and sugar, add the cottage cheese, and start kneading the dough by hand.
Step 2
Add more cottage cheese as needed to achieve an elastic dough that does not stick to your hands and can be rolled out.
Step 3
On a floured surface, place half of the dough and roll it into a circle.
Step 4
Spread a thin layer of jam over the circle (most of it should be on the edges rather than in the center).
Step 5
Cut into 8–12–16 pieces (depending on the size of the circle) and, moving from the edges to the center, roll them into tubes.
Step 6
Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and put in the oven at 356°F for about 20–25 minutes.
Step 7
To create a particularly festive atmosphere, you can look for mandarin jam for the filling.
