- Butter - 6.3 oz
- Wheat Flour - 10.6 oz
- Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Sugar - 2.8 oz
- Pitted olives - 1.8 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Raspberry gin - 1.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Knead the dough until it forms a dense elastic ball. Roll out a flatbread to a thickness of 5–7 mm, cut the circle into triangles, spread jam on them without touching the edges, place the filling (in my case — dates) on top, and roll them into croissants.
Step 2
Place the croissants on parchment paper, brush with egg, and put them in a preheated oven for 20–25 minutes.
