Description

It's best to use soft cottage cheese, as it mixes more easily with sour cream, resulting in a delicate, lump-free texture. If desired, sour cream can be substituted with yogurt.

Ingredients

  • Semi-soft cream cheese - 17.6 oz
  • 10% cream - 10.6 oz
  • Gelatin - 1.1 oz
  • Sugar - to taste
  • Grapefruits - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Mix the cottage cheese and sour cream until smooth.

Step 2

Add sugar or honey to taste.

Step 3

Soak the gelatin in a cup of water for 10 minutes. Then, place it over low heat and, stirring constantly, wait until the gelatin is completely dissolved in the water without bringing it to a boil.

Step 4

Gradually pour the gelatin into the cottage cheese and sour cream mixture, stirring thoroughly. This will result in a liquid consistency.

Step 5

Place your favorite fruits or berries at the bottom of the mold. Pour the prepared mixture over them and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours.

Step 6

When serving, you can garnish with syrup, a sprig of mint, and berries.
