- Cottage cheese - 17.6 oz
- Pears - 2 pieces
- Bananas - 2 pieces
- Donut Peaches - 2 pieces
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Vanilla salt - 1 piece
- Dates - 0.7 oz
- Walnuts - 0.7 oz
- Cocoa Powder - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Chop the walnuts and dates finely with a knife, then blend them together with the cocoa until you achieve a smooth mixture.
Step 2
You can substitute the surprise with crushed cookies, adding cocoa powder and a couple of drops of olive oil.

Beat the cottage cheese with mashed bananas and honey using a mixer or blender.

Add a little lemon or orange juice and vanilla. Mix well.

Remove the core and peel from the pear, pit the peach or mango, and slice them into evenly sized thin wedges.

Place a surprise at the bottom of the molds.

Next, spread the cottage cheese mixture onto half of the mold.
