Ingredients
- Low-fat lactose-free milk - 7.1 oz
- Natural Yogurt - 5.3 oz
- Gelatin - 1 tablespoon
- Water - 3 fl oz
- Pears - 5.8 oz
- Cinnamon - to taste
- Dried Apricots - 1.2 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
To prepare the cottage cheese dessert, add yogurt to the cottage cheese. Blend the mixture with a blender.
Step 2
Peel the pear and cut it into small cubes.
Step 3
Boil 100 ml of water and let it cool slightly. Gradually add the gelatin while stirring continuously until fully dissolved. Pour the water with gelatin into the cottage cheese mixture and mix well.
Step 4
In a mold, place a layer of pear. Pour the cottage cheese mixture over it and then add another layer of pear, followed by the dates on top. Pour the remaining cottage cheese mixture over it.
Step 5
Sprinkle with cinnamon on top.
Step 6
Place in the refrigerator for 2–3 hours to chill.
